About

I am currently a web developer for Abacus Design. Previously I worked as a systems administrator for Bridgewater Associates and Moon Capital Management. I was also an IT Manager at Community Connect Inc. At the time I managed a team of 5 people. We maintained the entire infrastructure of the corporate network and certain aspects of the production network.

I completed my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science at Columbia University. I focused primarily in Computer Systems and Computer Security.

While I’m not being a computer geek, I’m either playing golf or playing volleyball.

Why do I like golf? The game is mentally challenging and who doesn’t like mental challenges? How do you deal with a bad shot? Do you let it affect the rest of your round or do you put it aside and focus on the next shot? Every round of golf is different so the game never gets old.

Why do I like did I used to play volleyball? I really enjoyed the teamwork. To be a successful volleyball team, all of the players must participate and contribute to winning. It is very rare for a good team to have only one good player. A volleyball team is only as strong as its weakest link (and I try my best not to be the weakest link!)
